Meghan Seago, MD

Dr. Seago is a board-certified dermatologist with expertise in micrographic dermatologic surgery. Specializing in Mohs micrographic surgery, post-surgical reconstruction, and cutaneous oncology, she has performed over 7,000 surgical procedures since joining our practice in 2022.

A graduate of the Boston University School of Medicine, Dr. Seago served for 14 years in the U.S. Navy. During her service, she earned the title of diving medical officer, completing a tour in Guam where she worked alongside Navy SEALs. After finishing her dermatology residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, she returned to Guam as the island’s only board-certified dermatologist.

Dr. Seago further honed her skills by completing a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California, under the mentorship of Dr. Hugh Greenway, a direct protégé of Dr. Frederick Mohs. This highly competitive fellowship involved performing over 1,000 surgical cases in addition to conducting cutaneous oncology research. Dr. Seago concluded her naval career as the chair of the dermatology department at the Naval Medical Center San Diego.
