No one likes to receive bad news about their biopsy. But from the first call informing me of my biopsy results to the personal follow-up call from Dr. Seago, the entire process was seamless and frankly enjoyable. The staff was engaging, informative, and ready to answer all my questions. The MOHS procedure was quick and painless. Lastly the written instructions for after the procedure were a breath of fresh air. I didn’t have to jot down notes or try to remember every little thing the nurse said. I’m a highly satisfied patient. -David
